Sale and Leaseback

A Sale and Leaseback transaction can be done on an asset base for assets up to 3 years old. This will provide a cash injection to your organisation equal to the net book value of the balance sheet assets. The cash generated by this transaction can be utilised for the remaining rentals or other areas of the organisation. This leads to standardization and control over the asset register.

Short Term Rentals

Data destruction and Compliance with the POPI Act

We will assist with data removal and destruction requirements in line with the POPI Act. Should we receive redundant equipment, items will be tracked based on serial number and any identifying marks which associate a piece of equipment will be removed. Equipment will then be formatted using military spec data removal drive formatting. Our data destruction option also provides for HDD or SSD being removed from the device and the actual spinning platter or solid state memory being physically destroyed. An ISO 14000 certificate can be provided. The remnants will then be recycled in an ecologically friendly way.

A compliance certificate can be provided once all recycling requirements have been met.
